Handling time:

Handling time is the number of business days that we will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment.

We ship within 1-3  business days using the following shipping methods: DHL, USPS, UBI, FEDEX or depending on your location and fastest available service.

The typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 8 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way.

Note: Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. We will not be responsible for any delay during delivery including but not limited to: customs postage checking, strike, force majeure, etc. 

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation and/or reject, the buyer will be responsible to pay the shipping cost. The buyer will be refunded for items cost only (without shipping cost) only after the package returns to our office and will be inspected by us.
